Ads by Fair Eagle

I’ve been seeing “Ads by Fair Eagle” in the most unlikely of places recently, such as at E-onsoftware.com [the makers of Vue 3D modeling software] and other places, yet a Google search for the exact phrase “ads by fair eagle” returns absolutely NO results. Is anyone out there seeing these ads? I wonder if my MacBook Pro has some adware on it.
